Premier Residential has some of the best student flats and houses in Newcastle, with a fantastic selection of properties in some of the best student areas which are close to the Universities, suitable from one up to groups to 10 students.

Some of the areas we cover are Jesmond, Sandyford, Heaton & Fenham which have excellent transport links to both Universities.

With late viewing times that are flexible for today's busy lifestyle, we can arrange to collect and drive you around some of the best properties in the area.

Many of our student houses are recently refurbished, with a high standard of fittings including washer dryers, dishwashers and large fridge freezers.

All come with double beds, leather sofas and IKEA furniture. All of our student properties have gas central heating systems maintained by corgi registered engineers.

All of our houses comply with the Universities Accreditation Scheme and with council HMO licence regulations. All of our properties have the necessary gas and electrical safety certificates. Having an in-house maintenance team means almost every job can be done without the need to wait for contractors.

Rents vary from £45 per person per week to £80, so there is something to suit every budget. Most student tenancies run from July, August and September to the following year.

We sometimes have student properties at other times of the year so do check back with us if you need anything outside of these months.

Many of our students stay on a further year and because of this a large proportion of our tenancies are through recommendations - current tenants are happy with our service and let their friends know about us.
