  • Providing accompanied viewings for prospective tenants
  • Process tenant applications including references/guarantors
  • Setting up tenancy agreements and collecting deposits
  • We can also draw up a comprehensive inventory
  • Arranging maintenance work up to the value of a sum agreed with you
  • Collection of rent with prompt monthly payments to you, together with a statement and invoice
  • Chase the tenant if they go into rent arrears
  • Renewing safety certificates when due
  • Conduct periodic inspections to assess the condition of the property and taking any necessary action
  • Carry out 'pre-check out inspections' before the end of the tenancy to assess the property and informing the tenants on how the property should be left
  • Ensuring the property has been left clean at the end of the tenancy

Inventories

We will visit your property and draw up a comprehensive inventory. This will cover all fixtures and fittings, furnishings, decoration and overall condition of the property.

AST agreements

Landlords who have already found tenants but require someone to draw up the tenancy agreements on their behalf. The fee for this service is calculated on a per-tenant basis.

Energy Certificates (EPC)

We can arrange to have the Energy Performance Certificates carried out for your properties. These are now a legal requirement for all properties.

Maintenance

Having our own in house team means any repairs carried out to your property will be quick, efficient and economical.
